At MFSA, we believe that meaningful change starts with informed, inclusive practice. We offer training opportunities for professionals, caregivers, and community members who want to better support people with disabilities and families navigating complex systems.

Professional Trainings
We provide customized trainings for:

  • Attorneys and legal professionals – Understanding the ADA, disability rights, and best practices for working with clients with disabilities in the child welfare and family court system.

  • Child welfare agencies and professionals – Practical guidance on supporting disabled parents, ensuring ADA compliance in services and assessments, and creating more equitable practices.

Parent & Caregiver Trainings
We also offer parenting classes and workshops designed with accessibility and real-life experiences in mind, including:

  • Parenting classes for parents with disabilities – Tools, strategies, and peer connection in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

  • Parenting classes for parents of children with disabilities or neurodivergent children – Understanding diagnoses, advocating in school and health systems, and building routines that work for your family.
